Location: Yarra Falls, Abbotsford
Part Time, 3 days per week

Reporting to the Regional Manager Meetings, you will bring your passion for client service, product innovation, product growth and program execution to this critical role. Your experience and drive will play a major role in the ongoing development of this market and Computershare’s solution delivery.
Some Other Key Responsibilities
Undertake QA checks on key requirements.
Ensure all QA findings are recorded and organized for future review.
Build and/or enhance quality review framework that will ensure a timely and accurate delivery of meeting deliverables/key milestones.
Identify and implement continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
What will you bring to the role?
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in dealing with conflicting priorities and managing expectations
Experienced in adapting style to influence a range of stakeholders
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong team player
Experience of project based work and associated governance and documentation
Knowledge of Proxy voting and practices followed by custodians in support of voting for Issuers in different global markets
Strong documentation and organizational skills
A professional approach to client facing and consultation
Experience in Project Management and Event Coordination
Ability to build consensus among stakeholders as to best solution
Ability to lead and contribute to a dynamic team-based environment
