Overview:
Support the end-to-end delivery of a nationally significant teaching awards program through expert coordination and high-level administrative support
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the higher education sector to drive strategic outcomes and ensure seamless program execution
Part-time (0.6FTE), fixed term (until 1st of June 2026) position available at HEW Level 7 based at our City Campus + hybrid working arrangement available
About the Role
As the Project Coordinator, National Teaching Awards, you will play a central role in delivering a prestigious program that celebrates excellence in teaching. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll oversee key aspects of project coordination—managing timelines, documentation, communications, and stakeholder relationships. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, purpose-driven environment and is skilled at balancing administrative precision with sector engagement to ensure program success. This role will see you:
Coordinate the delivery of a nationally recognised teaching awards program, ensuring smooth project execution from planning through to evaluation.
Provide high-level administrative and stakeholder support to drive strategic outcomes across the higher education sector.
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and project support in a busy, stakeholder focused environment.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing a range of documentation and professional correspondence for diverse stakeholders.
Experience in working with various systems and tools, with a preference for platforms such as SurveyMonkey Apply, Mailchimp and Microsoft Forms.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification and/or experience in project administration and related disciplines.
