ROLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR - RENEWABLES
LOCATION: CHENNAI

The Big Picture
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. You will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized. Your main goal will be to keep data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
What you can expect as a Project Coordinator at Illumine-i:
You’ll transfer data from emails into database systems.
You’ll send emails/upload files to customer’s database
You’ll type in data provided directly from customers/clients.
You’ll create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
You’ll update existing data.
You’ll retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
You’ll perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Essential Qualifications include:
Fast typing skills
Any Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Good Time Management skills
Team player
Great to have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
