Position Available: Project Delivery Support Specialist (Business Systems)
Location: Perth Airport
About the Role:
This role provides hands-on coordination and delivery support across multiple workstreams within a complex ERP implementation. The role works closely with the Project Manager, Change Manager and Workstream Leads to maintain momentum, ensure activities remain aligned and on track and support the successful execution of testing, training, readiness and go-live activities. This position plays a key role in connecting project teams, business stakeholders and vendors, helping to drive follow-through, maintain delivery discipline and ensure project activities are well organised and effectively coordinated.
This is an initial six-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day project coordination and support to the Project Manager, Change Manager and Workstream Leads.
Maintain delivery trackers, action logs and task lists across project workstreams.
Assist with tracking dependencies, risks and follow-ups across SME’s, project team and vendors.
Coordinate working groups and facilitate working/focus sessions and stand-ups (agenda prep, notes, follow-up actions).
Track SME tasks and follow up on progress and completion.
Support User Acceptance Testing planning, coordination and facilitation activities.
Assist with UAT tester onboarding, scheduling and communications.
Track UAT execution, issues/bugs and collaboration with vendors.
Support end user training coordination and activities.
Assist with maintaining process related documentation and training materials.
Assist in aligning business process documentation, UAT scenarios and training material.
Support readiness activities ahead of training delivery and go-live.
Support cutover planning and activities leading up to go-live.
Assist with change and communication activities as needed.
Help coordinate stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
Help maintain momentum across very busy stakeholder groups.
Support the preparation of project status updates, delivery artifacts and meeting materials as needed.
Skills and Experience:
Qualification in project management, change management, business/commerce and/or information systems, or relevant experience.
Experience supporting ERP implementations (Microsoft D365 ideal but not essential)
Supporting multi-workstream projects with complex stakeholder groups
Exposure to UAT coordination, end user training and go-live activities
Experience in maintaining action logs, RAID registers. Delivery trackers and task boards
Proven ability to coordinate SMEs and business stakeholders with competing priorities
Preparation of project status reports and delivery artifacts
Participation in cutover planning and operational readiness activities (even as support)
Facilitation of stand-ups and working group meetings
Stakeholder engagement and communications
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar
