Qualifications

• Project Management and Project Planning skills

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in Program Management

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute

• Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies

• Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus

Lead Contract Award Process

• Formulation of Contract Documents

• Request for Proposals (RFP)

• Bid Evaluation

• Negotiations

• Management Approval

• Contract Award

Vendor Management

• Develop Efficient Supply Chain / New Vendors

• Vendor Relationship Management

• Prequalification of vendors

• Evaluation of Vendor Performance

Contract Administration

• Variations to Contract Extra items/scopes

• Contract Amendments

• Extension of Time

• Claims settlement and dispute resolution

• Contractual Correspondence

• Terminations, Suspensions, Contract Close Out

Process & Audit

• Formulation of SOPs

• Innovation and Technological Advancements for process improvement Online bidding, digitization

• Process Audit

Cross Functional Co-ordination

• Co-ordination with Regional / Project Teams and other functions viz., Design, Engineering, Planning, Costing / Budgeting, Legal, Finance

• Functional Competencies:

• In depth Technical knowledge of Civil & related contracts works

• Well versed with Contract Conditions and Contract Document Formulation / Drafting.

• Good Understanding of Design Principles
