Job Description
We are looking for a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide Interiors & Brand Standards , delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and future-ready spaces across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or regulated environments. Experience - 15+ years Lead the development and execution of interior design and brand standards across large, complex projects Drive vendor partnerships , including interior design consultants, furniture suppliers, and specialty vendors Partner closely with procurement teams to define sourcing models, optimize costs, and strengthen lifecycle asset strategies Influence procurement strategies for furniture, finishes, artwork, and interior systems with a focus on value, quality, and sustainability Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and contract effectiveness across multiple programs Ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, and timeline parameters Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Facilities, Marketing, Procurement, Operations) for brand and design alignment Champion innovation, sustainability, and best practices from hospitality, retail, and workplace design 12+ years of experience in interiors, architecture, facilities design, or large-scale project delivery ~ Strong exposure to vendor management, procurement collaboration, and commercial decision-making ~ Experience working in regulated or complex environments (healthcare preferred) ~
