Air Conditioning Project Director

Due to impending retirement, my client is looking to bring on a Project Director to oversee the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment for commercial applications along the South Coast. This is suitable for someone with a very high level of technical knowledge and a wealth of HVAC installation experience.

The ideal candidate will be an air conditioning or HVAC engineer who has worked up to Senior Project Manager level. Also very interested in candidates from a Pre-Construction background who possess building services qualifications

Package:

Salary £60,000 - £70,000

Shareholder opportunities once established in the role

Car or allowance

33 days holiday

8% pension

Requirements:

An ex-air conditioning engineer, HVAC engineer or similar

Must have worked as a Project Manager, overseeing installations of HVAC equipment in commercial buildings

Strong commercial skills, and experience of estimating or tending would be beneficial
