Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
As Performance Improvement Project Senior Manager and the Team Leader for the Jal Jeevan Mission in Rajasthan, you'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers, You will be responsible for project delivery and identify potential business opportunities for EY.
Project specific delivery
Strengthen the established procedures and systems for overall project management and monitoring project implementation. Recommend the process optimization measures for rapid implementation of JJM in the state. Overall project management and development of role and responsibility framework to improve efficiency in the daily operations. Prioritization of schemes in order to ensure meeting of the annual FHTC targets. Support the state to promote utility approach for operations and management of rural Piped Water Supply (PWS). Identify measures and suggest policy recommendations for improving life cycle of PWS schemes and its overall sustainability. Support the mission in streamlining the flow of information from the Village to the district to the State level. Assist the Chief Engineer (Rural) and other key officials in identification of implementation level hurdles. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality control procedures are followed. Supporting in developing modules/formats/ performance
for on boarding ISAs and other agencie. Liaising and support program activities at the national level. Prepare reports, briefs, presentations and other documents as needed; analyse the survey reports and deduce outcomes. Drive and monitor day to day activity of the PMU.

Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
Knowledge Management
Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views

Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships

Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Master’s Degree in PHE / Environmental Engineering with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
OR
MBA / PGDM with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
15 years or more of work experience in Infrastructure Sector including 03 years’ experience as a Team Leader / Managerial Level
for handling of PMUs of PHE / Water Supply.

Your key responsibilities
