Drive Residential Interior Fit-out Projects with Excellence
The role of an Operations Lead is a vital position that requires an experienced Project Coordinator to drive Residential Interior fit-out projects in collaboration with the design and installation teams.
Responsibilities include being the single point of contact for customers during the execution phase, reviewing project details, coordinating materials, fostering teamwork between stakeholders, sharing daily progress reports, and ensuring a high standard of execution and customer experience.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact for customers during the execution phase.
• Detail review of drawings and BOQs, explaining scope to customers.
• Receipt and validation of materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ.
• Day-to-day coordination and team building among project stakeholders.
• Daily progress report sharing with customers and fostering professional relationships with Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, and Installation teams.
• Directing the Installation team to execute work safely according to design plans.
• Closely working with internal Production, Logistics, and Vendor supply teams for high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding and resolving customer concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role demands strong verbal and written communication skills, site job experience, basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office, and a basic understanding of Project Management principles like scheduling and sequencing of installation activities.
A graduate degree or equivalent qualification (15 years of academic education) and detail-oriented approach are essential for this position. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills are required to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
A core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Modular, and Fit Out works is preferred but not mandatory.
