We're looking for our first Founding Product Manager and Lead-someone who's an engineer at heart and truly passionate about cybersecurity. You're passionate about turning ideas into reality and deeply understand where the cybersecurity industry needs better product functionality and user experiences.
About The Role
• You'll work closely with our co-founder and CEO to shape the product vision.
• Refine and streamline our product roadmap, prioritizing impactful new features.
• Manage multiple product lines and initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align product direction.
• Contribute across all areas, including pricing, design, engineering, QA, and customer support-everything that impacts our users experience.
What You Will Do
• Quickly prototype ideas through scripting, wireframing, and coding.
• Maintain a strong focus on UX and design to build intuitive products.
• Engage directly with existing customers, gathering their insights and ideas, and incorporating them into our vision and roadmap.
• You will be the key quality leader; you will own each shipment cycle to meet the standards and experience of the features.
• Dive deep into technical details, creating detailed bug reports and clearly defining new issues.
What You'll Bring
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Nuclei, Metasploit, Nessus, Qualys, and Semgrep.
• You're a builder first-excited by crafting great products rather than managing from a distance.
• Highly technical mindset, with comfort diving into complex cybersecurity problems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or product management roles.

Project Discovery Compensation
The on-target earnings for this role range from - 35 Lakhs to - 55 Lakhs for employees based in India. The band level and salary range are determined based on the interview process, an evaluation of the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.
