Réalta Technologies are currently searching for a Project Engineer to support a Medical Device client of ours based in Raynham, MA, USA.
This role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. The Project Engineer will work cross-functionally to implement process improvements, support new product introductions, and ensure all projects align with business objectives and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support engineering projects from concept through execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
Develop project timelines, track milestones, and report progress.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
Support equipment selection, installation, and validation activities.
Ensure all project work meets regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
Contribute to technical problem-solving and root cause investigations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device or life sciences sector.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with regulated environments and validation practices is a plus.
