Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will support project management and engineering teams in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
Assist in developing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely project delivery.
Support project teams in reviewing blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to cost estimating efforts utilizing HeavyBid and construction estimating tools to support budget adherence.
Participate in site visits to gain construction site experience, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and change orders using Bluebeam and other digital tools for effective communication.
Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records of project activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and contracts.
Prior exposure to construction site environments or internships is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
