Summary
We are seeking a skilled LabVIEW Developer with 3-5 years of experience in LabVIEW application development and building test and measurement systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data acquisition, signal processing, design patterns, and algorithm development. At HTIC, you will be a key member of our Virtual Instrumentation team, contributing to the development of next-generation medical technologies, including POCT devices, vascular aging products, and advanced instrumentation for human brain histology.
Key Responsibilities
• LabVIEW Development: Design, code, test, and debug LabVIEW applications for test and measurement systems.
• Software Enhancement: Add new features, fix bugs, and maintain software releases.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with research and product teams to develop applications and algorithms.
• System Integration: Integrate LabVIEW software with data acquisition systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code and development processes.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system stability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in LabVIEW application development, particularly in test and measurement systems.
• Practical knowledge of data acquisition, VISA communication, and hardware integration.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in LabVIEW software engineering principles and NI-recommended coding guidelines.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as State Machines, Producer-Consumer, and QMH.
• Strong understanding of signal processing techniques with practical LabVIEW implementation.
• Experience with NI hardware, specifically X-Series DAQ cards and CompactDAQ systems.
• Proficient in source code control tools like SVN and GitHub.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
• NI CLAD or CLD certification.
• Proficiency in JKI State Machine and DQMH frameworks.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW OOP and Actor Framework.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, Google Sheets, and Docs.
• A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
Other Details:
• Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,40,000 per year.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or those with a one-month notice period preferred.
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension based on performance. High-performing candidates may be fast-tracked to a permanent position within 3-6 months.
