The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

This role involves extensive collaboration with other professionals in the construction industry, so strong communication skills are a must

Oversee all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from initial planning to completion

Review contracts and negotiate terms to ensure optimal outcomes for the company

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met

Manage project budgets, providing regular updates to senior management

Collaborate with other professionals in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, and contractors

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or budgets

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have

Continually monitor the quality of work being carried out, taking corrective action as necessary

Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment, leading by example at all times
