About the Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating multiple work fronts, keeping documentation flowing, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors and subcontractors
Manage RFIs, ITPs, and document control
Track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor progress
Support procurement and short-term planning (lookaheads)
Identify and resolve site constraints and clashes
Assist with variations, cost tracking, and productivity
Review designs and contribute to efficient construction methods
Support program development, staging, and delivery planning
Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards
Day-to-Day
Coordinating trades to avoid delays and congestion
Keeping documentation current and structured
Supporting reporting across progress, productivity, and cost
Driving site organisation to keep works moving
About You
Experience in civil, infrastructure, or utilities projects
Background as a Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Coordinator
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
Commercial awareness across variations and productivity
