Your Role
Implementing and optimization of availability of sub-systems, kits, and spare parts within the CTS division.
- Defining the required means, processes, budgeting, and timing for the release of kits, spare parts, consumables, and other service aggregates.
- Collaborating with teams of Airpower in Belgium for availability of spare parts, consumables and other aggregates requires for service
- Participate and take the lead in project team meetings.
- Managing project budgets allocated to him/her.
- Advise engineering teams in different projects about investigations and releases.
- As a project engineer, he/she is responsible for realizing the project within the defined objectives, during project he/she will report to management and team leader on regular basis.
- You will be working at the GECIA in the ME – Aftermarket Engineering Team and work independently on the following:
• To take ownership of projects assigned to you till they are resolved.
• To work on finalizing the deliverables of the assigned project.
• Always ensure availability of service deliverables.
You will report to the Team Leader – ME – Aftermarket engineering GECIA
To succeed, you will need
B.E. in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience related to servicing of Compressors/Vacuum Pumps or related products. Flare in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Project management skills
• Ability to work with people of various backgrounds.
• Open towards new technological developments
• Be a creative person
• Team player and problem-solving skills.
• Cost, environment, and safety conscious.
• Good at written and oral communication, good knowledge of English is necessary.
• Knowledge of standards used in Oil, Gas and Process industries.
• Knowledge of servicing of Compressors and Vacuum pumps would be an added advantage.
