This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with different teams across the business, learn from experienced professionals, and see your work make a real difference for our audience of millions of women. If you enjoy a creative, fast-paced environment and want to be part of a purpose-driven women's media company while developing your project management skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

Drive consumer revenue projects from strategy through to completion, ensuring timely delivery
Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact
Manage the delivery of both internal and external events when needed
Resolve cross-team challenges to keep projects moving forward
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track performance metrics
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers and resources
Now, a bit about you

You have at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital media or technology
You're a confident self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects to success
You excel at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You're a skilled problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
You have meticulous attention to detail and quality in everything you deliver
You're tech-savvy and comfortable using project management tools like Monday
You communicate effectively across all levels, adapting your style based on audience and context
Life at Mamamia

We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.

We're small enough that you can create real and tangible change, and have your voice heard, and large enough that we can support your ideas with experienced, industry-leading teams, and deliver them to an audience of millions of women every month. We have a startup spirit within a scaled-up business structure.

The core purpose of Mamamia is to make the world a better place for women and girls, and we live this philosophy in the content we create and with the work we do. While our core purpose informs every business and content decision we make, we execute on our purpose in a way that's engaging, entertaining and adds meaning and value to the lives of Australian women.

We're passionate about embracing AI and technology in our creative process, constantly exploring new ways to enhance storytelling and connect with our audience - we're excited for you to join us on this innovative journey.

As well as being a meaningful and dynamic place to work, Mamamia offers:

Enjoy paid volunteer leave to support RizeUp, our charity partner.
