Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Independently handling entire projects division & Team and reporting to MD of Company
- Daily Progress Monitoring of Projects in Execution
- Co-ordination between Client, Management, Execution Team, Vendors and Procurement Team.
- Resource Planning and Efficient use of Material and Manpower at various Projects
- Understanding and catering to various project requirement (Design, Material, Manpower, Petty Cash) on time basis
- Guiding, appointing, reviewing team members for current project and getting it executed through them.
- Material Management
- Manpower Management
- Review of Customer & Vendors Billing and return material
- Maintaining / establishing standards for various Installations / Materials.
- Quality control over execution of projects
Required Skills:
- Above 4 Year experience as Project / Operation manager in Fire Fighting Industry / Construction Industry / MEP Services
- Proficient in Verbal communication
- Proficient in Email communication and customer Handling
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of NBC Part IV
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting Industry (preferred)
Educational Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical / Civil ) (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Must Have own 2 / 4 Wheeler.
