Roles & Responsibilities:-
Engineer software solutions and develop software solutions in MERN Stack.
Lead software development team for the project from technical stand point.
Work first hand with developers, cloud architects and security engineers to deliver a quality products.
Be a lead on the application development front, working closely with the developers - review code and guide the development in right direction.
Be a trusted advisor for the leadership team.
Continuously emphasize on knowledge upgrades.
Be available to communicate and present technical solution to the customers in a more simplified approach.
Qualifications:-
Minimum 7+ years software development experience
Minimum 5+ years experience with MERN Stack development
Minimum 5+ years experience using advanced search technologies like Elastic, OpenSearch etc.
Minimum 3+ years experience in data analytics and data visualization
Experience with Software System Design.
Experience with design considerations in technical terms of performance analytics, improvements, run time and real-time system performances.
Experience with read & write heavy system designs.
Experience with building scalable systems.
Ability to make decisions of effective design patterns and work accordingly
