THE ROLE
The Job role will involves being single point of contact during the project phase. Provide guidance and support to client teams. Liaising with Clients and Project Managers to Understand different milestones like UAT, Upgrade, go-Live etc., and track the issues to closure as per the milestone. Candidate should be a strong motivator and should drive continuous improvements within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the single point of contact during the project phase. Provide guidance and support to client teams
• Understanding and updating the status of the tickets through appropriate channels to clients and respective stakeholders.
• Helping on analysis of issues, wherever possible
• Function as the bridge between Temenos and designated Project as the Single Point of Contact(SPOC).
• Actively monitor outstanding tickets logged under allocated clients.
• Prioritize open tickets for analysis based on client’s feedback.
• Validate the blocker, critical classification and agree for the correct classification with the Project Team.
• Follow-up with Project team or Client for any additional information required for logical closure of ticket.
• Liaise with Client and Project Managers to Understand different milestones like UAT, Upgrade, go-Live etc., and track the issues to closure as per the milestone.
• Provide constant updates over conference calls or through e-mail.
