Position: Project Leader
Experience: 7-8 years
Technical Skills:
• More than 7 years of experience in managing Software/IT projects
• Proven track record as a project leader
• Must have good experience working with Project Planning tools such as Microsoft Projects, ProjectLibre
• Experience in managing software development & delivery project
• Exposure to software technologies like Java/.Net shall be added advantage
• Project management/training or certification will be added advantage
Qualification:
• Science Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
• Managed Projects & POCs of System Integrations, Software development in Telecom domain
• Handle multiple projects
• Create project plans, project trackers, issue trackers and drive till closure
• Guide and drive project teams for project closure and achieve company revenue targets
• Interact with clients/partners/OEMs as a Single Point of Contact
• Understand client requirements and perform business analysis
• Identify the project risks and take corrective actions
• Manage project quality
• Meet delivery timelines and effort estimates
• Create documentation for business requirements, test plans and release plans, project documentation
• Build effective relationships and communicate effectively at a professional level and leverage resources with internal and external customers, including outside suppliers
• Prioritize tasks and responsibilities while managing multiple, competing priorities
• Work in a team environment to realize Organization goal
