Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a BPO strategy and drives growth

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure our BPO services align with their goals

Champion the use of technology and automation to enhance productivity and accuracyd
Lead and inspire a high performing BPO team
fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality

Oversee the daytoday operations
ensuring seamless service delivery
g
Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance
Build and nurture relationships with clients
driving customer retention and growth
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep our BPO services at the forefront

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications
a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
MBA preferred
b
Proven experience in BPO leadership roles with a track record of success
c
Leadership and people management skills
d
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
e
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
f
Customer centric mind
set with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment

Tech savvy with a good understanding of BPO technologies
