• Produce Project initiation Form (PIF) & timely addition of selected Project & timeline in PMS.
• PMS Implementation & life cycle management of API Projects in PMS
• Tracking of RM's and other procurement with Sourcing team.
• Coordination with CFT teams for timely execution of Major milestones of Projects ( Feasibility/ Lab validation/ TTD for lab validation/ Plant validation/ DMF filling),
• To Provide Timely Feedback to R&D Head on Projects to Successful Completion.
