Fresher in construction project management degree, with past experience of min 2yrs in field

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer, Architect or civil person to join our team as an Interior Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will manage the implementation and functionality of a specialized interior-related product in our office. You will be responsible for training the new joiners in team, addressing any doubts, tracking product usage, and ensuring its seamless integration into daily operations. Your expertise will also help optimize the use of the product, making it more functional for everyone involved.

This role will require someone who can bridge the gap between design knowledge and technology, ensuring our product is being used to its full potential by the entire team.

NOTE: The product / software we are referring here is RDASH, a project management tool, and you will be provided with a proper training of the same

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Implementation: Ensure the proper setup and integration of the product into the office environment.
• Training & Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all new team members, ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively.
• Issue Resolution: Address any questions or concerns from the team regarding the product, providing technical and user support when needed.
• Usage Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor product usage to ensure it is being utilized effectively and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Management: Upload and maintain relevant data associated with the product, keeping it up-to-date and accessible for all users. Maybe raise PO, upload BOQ , etc
• To help with uploading and maintaining BOQ thereby should have a basic knowledge of BOQ and its understanding
• Optimization: Work with teams to optimize the product's use, ensuring it meets the organization’s goals and improves workflow efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for processes, user guides, and best practices related to the product.
• Strategic: to provide strategic solutions in the organisation when required for better implementation and process

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, civil or Architecture.: 5+ years of professional experience in the field.

OR

Fresher in construction project management degree, with past experience of min 2yrs in field
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, BOQ and product application.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product usage.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in implementing and training on design-related software or tools. Preferred experience in any project management tool
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Design Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, understanding 3D) & Microsoft office
