As the Program Manager professional in our Treasury and Chief Investment Office ( TCIO) team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Your team is responsible for firm wide asset and liability management including:
Aggregating and managing the firm's structural interest rate risk
Managing the firm's funding and liabilities
Aggregating, managing and reporting the firm's liquidity risk.
Aggregating and managing the firm's structural foreign exchange.
Managing the end to end risk weighted assets and capital process
You will be responsible for managing, execution and delivery of projects for Bengaluru based TCIO Execution Middle office group across Reconciliation and Product Control functions. You are expected to be a key contributor in implementation & maintenance of advanced tool sets / applications working in strong partnership with operations and Transformation teams to define requirements and enable prioritization and execution of projects on schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize governance forums to manage stakeholder expectations, business communications and monthly update to senior stakeholders
Close partnership with technology service providers and business users to set system strategy and project direction, identify cost/benefit impact, and agree on project timelines and priorities
Impact assessments of projects and changes across functions and raise them in respective forums and operation leads with sufficient advance notice
Track issues, mitigate risks and resolve conflicts between programs and projects
Partner with Operations (MO and BO) on operation project initiatives
Participate and represent the BLR MO on forums for new business, BAU change, strategic migrations and regulatory change.
Help define and document business requirements and assist, as necessary, with functional testing and UAT
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
8+ years' experience in Fixed Income and/or Money Market products working with business/ Front office traders and operations in managing business requirements and coordinating technology solutions
Ability to communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including senior management
Stakeholder expectation management and negotiation skills to achieve agreement across many stakeholders and technology teams
Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Must be able to work under pressure and make right decisions in stressful situations.
Quick learner and capable of grasping nuances of products and implications of their processing requirements
Ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Problem solving skills
Experienced in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, Reconciliations or related area would be an added advantage
