We are looking for a strategy consultant having experience in corporate strategy/Project management
Strict Requirements
• MBA from Tier 1 colleges - IIMA,B,C,L,I,K /ISB/FMS/MDI/ XLRI - 2015 - 2018 batches only
• 3-5 years of experience post-MBA in the real estate sector will be preferred.
• B.Tech/ BE in Civil Engineering
• Can join immediately (work from office: Location Goa)
Skillset
• Technical knowhow of projects in real estate
• Conversant with project planning software tools (primavera P6)
• Project management skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Highly effective communication skills and ability and deliver clear and professional presentations to senior stakeholders
• Good analytical skills
• Conversant in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Word
• Financial modeling
Responsibilities
• Self-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate would be an integral part of the team working with the client on strategic engagements
• Helping clients planning team in preparing the optimal monthly and annual project plan
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of the project progress wrt to the plan; identifying key issues and raising red flags to the CXOs of the client team
• Ensuring effective coordination and communication among the several stakeholders
• Supporting the project leader by participating in client meetings, preparing financial models/analysis, and executing presentations
• Executing independent modules of the project and deliver them to the client
