💰 $4,200 - $6,720 (Est.) 📍 Abbeyvale

Job Description

Full job description
TSA Riley began in an office in Sydney, an Auckland garage, and at 8 Buckingham Street in London - and in many other offices in between. Our story is one of growth and partnership.

Today, we are a global project consultancy built on a rare combination of legacy and momentum. Across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, our team of 1,000 people work as one team - planners, cost managers, advisors and delivery leaders united by a shared purpose: helping clients and communities realise the transformative power of their assets.

Continuous learning is part of our culture - we want everyone to feel motivated to grow, every day. We support wellness - mental, physical and financial - through seminars, online resources and office events and initiatives. Beyond benefits, learning, initiatives, and events, we invite our people to lead. Across our forums, working groups, and initiatives, we have a ‘put your hand up’ culture to encourage everyone to step up, and stand out.

Programme Overview

We believe in igniting the potential of the next generation of leaders - those who are curious enough to explore new possibilities, courageous enough to challenge convention, and driven enough to make a meaningful impact.

Our 12-month Graduate Programme is more than a career launchpad; it’s a transformative journey that accelerates your growth and empowers you to rise with purpose.

Through immersive experiences, mentorship, and continuous development, you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to take on the future - while aligning your aspirations with the goals of our organisation and our industry. This is where ambition meets opportunity, where potential evolves into performance, and where graduates are inspired to reach higher, go further, and help shape what comes next.

During the programme, you will work on a variety of projects that showcase how our consulting services integrate across multiple disciplines. Each assignment is designed to help you develop a holistic understanding of project consulting while discovering where your strengths and interests align.
Practical project consulting experience: You’ll contribute to live client projects, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver real commercial outcomes - building technical knowledge, gaining practical skills, and industry experience.
Dynamic learning: We recognise that true growth comes from many directions, which is why the Graduate Programme blends instructor‑led learning, practical on‑the‑job experience, self‑paced development, and the power of learning from those around you.
Mentoring and coaching: We grow stronger by connecting with one another. When we learn together and share our insights, we unlock new possibilities and transform challenges into opportunities to rise higher.
Support team: Your success matters to us. That’s why you’ll be supported by a community of experienced people who are committed to helping you learn boldly, grow confidently, and reach new heights.
Commercial acumen: Learn the broader aspects of business operations for a holistic understanding of project consulting.
Social vibes: Participate in social activities and initiatives to build connections and thrive in our culture of belonging.
After completing the programme, you'll have all the tools and knowledge you need to confidently shape your career. You'll then step into the role of Assistant Project Manager / Consultant, marking the start of your exciting career journey.

Hints and tips for your application

For your application, you will need to provide:
A current CV (please make sure your contact details are correct)
Academic Transcript (where available)
Answer a few questions so we can get to know you
Side note: We know tools like ChatGPT can be helpful when preparing your responses, and that’s completely okay. What matters most to us, though, is your authenticity. Be yourself, keep it genuine, and let your own experiences and perspectives shine, as automated responses don’t always capture what makes you unique.
