Job description
ITSPE is looking for a Project Management role for traffic engineering services. As a project manager, you will report to our Senior Project Management team, and work alongside a team of approximately 25-30 staff. You will interact with a wide variety of clients and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of traffic engineering services. You will manage design projects and collaborate with members of the Traffic team, as well as many other parts of the business. Projects can range from stand-alone traffic assignments to providing support on major infrastructure projects, and everything in between. You will provide planning, direction, and reporting for projects to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. You will also utilise your excellent business development skills to maintain strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Your Role:
Engaging in active business development
Acting as the key contact on projects working with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staff
Developing project schedules and coordinating resources
Monitoring budget and progress on projects
Providing guidance to the internal project team
What you bring
3+ years of experience in a relevant industry (including 2+ years of project management experience)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
Solid traffic engineering design experience and progressive project management experience
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
