Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate infrastructure projects related to LHS (Linear Hydraulic Structures), Bridge Works, and Box Culvert Works . The role involves close coordination with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of LHS, Bridge, and Box Work projects from planning to completion.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of project schedules, work programs, and milestones .
• Track progress against approved plans and report deviations to senior management.
Site & Head Office Coordination
• Act as a link between Head Office and project sites for smooth flow of information.
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, billing teams, and QA / QC departments.
• Ensure timely submission of site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Technical & Execution Support
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications related to bridges, LHS, and box culverts .
• Support resolution of technical issues in coordination with consultants and design teams.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers .
• Support procurement planning and material tracking for ongoing works.
• Participate in meetings with clients, authorities, and consultants and prepare MOMs.
Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports , MIS, and dashboards.
• Monitor cost, quantity, and productivity data in coordination with billing and planning teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance of project documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Coordinate with QA / QC teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at project sites.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of LHS, Bridge Construction, and Box Culvert Works .
• Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and reporting .
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Technical Skills
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
• Understanding of ERP / Project Management Systems (added advantage)
Educational Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirements
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects .
• Mandatory hands-on experience in LHS, Bridge Works, and Box Work .
• Experience working with NHAI / State Highway / Large Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
