Job Description
Job Puspose:
The position will be responsible for driving segment/ segments of credit card program which includes managing the product design, customer offering, pre and post user journeys management, driving customer engagement programs and P&L management.
Key Accountabilities, KPIs and Job Responsibilities:
Following are the key deliverables for the role where the candidate will assist his/her leader in achieving the aforesaid objective:
• Product Framework
• Create & manage product value proposition
• Monitor CVP performance and drive customer experience on CVP utilization
• Drive acquisition program
• Drive Card activation and onward customer engagement
• Manage partnership and alliances requirement for the product
• Work closely with technology team for enabling various engagement platforms
• Customer experience & service
• Build frictionless customer interface for complaints and requests
• Build the Card app section for service X-sell to drive customer experience , revenue
• Interact closely with service team for service to sales
• Stakeholder & vendor management
• Will liase with payment network, Card partners, vendor partners to drive business goals
• Work with internal stakeholders – Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit and Service.
• Regulatory compliance and assessment
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card related parameters.
• Ensure compliance of card network guidelines
Experience
• Minimum work experience of 6 years. Experience in credit cards/ payment services/ other financial services products will be preferred.
• Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.
• Good analytical skills to monitor and execute engagement programs
• Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)
Education:
• MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university.
• Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage

• Interactions w/direct reports of Heads of Departments and others defined from time to time
