Experience
Minimum 12+ years in the IT/ITES industry, with at least 5+ years of experience in the power sector.
Experience leading 2 or more relevant assignments involving CRM software design, development, testing, and implementation.
A proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly within the IT or CRM domain.
