We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex commercial projects and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

What you'll be doing
Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects
Drive project performance, ensuring programmes, budgets, safety, and quality are met
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent project outcomes
Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial results
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience on large, complex construction projects in New Zealand, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative, practical leadership style that inspires teams and drives results
