Why this job matters
Experienced Project Management Office resource who is responsible for setting up and running end Customer PMO to enable CSD’s in effective management and delivery of their programs/portfolios. The role is expected to lead on PMO activities for a program.
What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities
• Set up & drive PMO governance model for BT Internal and end customers for programs with higher complexity
• Drive Program/Project Board Review meetings with contract Client Partner / CSD / Customer Success/ Business Director & End customer
• Define customized reports/dashboard as per program requirements. Set up reporting/dashboard framework enabling senior stakeholders for decision making
• Drive and publish Program& Project performance scorecard at Vertical or Sector level
• Manage Program Jeopardy Management
• Conceptualizing, designing and define program specific training academy
• To set up and design complex SharePoint framework and manage it
Skills required for the job
• Experience setting up End Customer PMO that act as key enablers for governance and control of programs.
• Strong analytical and MI skills to understand and present data.
• Excellent communication
• Stakeholder management relationship skills
• Understanding and knowledge of document management systems.
• Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple/ wider teams
• Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies that affect at a program level.
• Ability to define and document internal processes aligned to customer requirements.
