KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Customer Requirement analysis- Customer KPI management; Customer communication management; Preparing data for Management Review; Planning & execution of high visibility Projects/Programs.
Production management- Accountable for proper task allocation and timely delivery; Opportunity to work with highly experienced Quality Leads/SMEs to come up with innovative ways for languages team performance improvement.
Team Goals management- Thrive through building consensus and driving team towards results (Quarterly goals, Meeting KRAs). You will be identifying bottlenecks/risks and provide risk management.
Finance management- PO governance; Planning for meeting GM targets.
Crisis management- Involved in providing meaningful solutions in crisis. (Short TAT deliveries, High complex project, launches/expedite/URG deliveries)
Other tasks- Involvement in training and other engagement activities to keep the team motivated; Accountable for providing timely resolution of team member's issues/escalations by interacting with other functional teams (Sourcing, IT, Finance, Admin, HR).
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Any Graduates/Postgraduates
Experience- 6 to 8yrs
Min. Professional Requirements
Required:
• Excellent judgment
• Excellent Communication
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Project requirements
• Experience on handling projects.
• Good Management and organizational skills
• Ability to propose improvements and suggestion.
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Communication/organizational skills.
• Min. 2+ years of experience in project coordination and project management.
Required:
• Good level of spoken and written English language.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solving
• Experience on client interaction.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel.
