Roles & Responsibility : Define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and supervise all activities Monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues of the project. Responsibly manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure projectprogress arranging meetings and customer events. Ensure financial system monitoring. Simplify processes, methods, and tools, compliant with creative ideas. Driving up-sales opportunities. Coaching the team, to interact with them and to support themin their professional growth, and to identify and recognise talents. Maintain and uphold the OHSAS policy of the company; ensure compliance of the same,conduct safety programmes, stay abreast on all HSE standards and measures. Schedule the project operations and shifts according to the deadline. Negotiate with contractors and vendors. Assign duties and responsibilities to engineers and technicians on the basis of theircapabilities. Oversee IHT team and their performance. Ensure the work is being done according to the building and safety codes. Coordinate with the client to understand the requirements. Track the inventory on a daily basis and keep a record of the stock. Determine any potential difficulties and plan ahead to resolve them. Make sure the work environment is safe and healthy for all the workers and staff. Ensure all the tools, equipment and materials are readily available for the workers. Key Skills : A.
