Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the Onboarding Transformation Release Management Team responsible for the coordination of cross application releases for Wholesale KYC applications. The core responsibilities of this position include: delivering at a Regional level a Global plan to conduct Model Office Testing with Wholesale KYC Operations Users before application releases are promoted into Production and the coordination, tracking and reporting of release development. This role involves:
Producing detailed testing plans for each application based on how the application will perform, the application requirements and acceptance criteria's provided by the Product Delivery Team.
Regional coordination of testing conducted by the Users from Wholesale KYC Operations for each release.
Serve as the Regional point of contact for Release Management
Leading the daily coordination with testers, technology, testing support and the Product Delivery Teams to track progress.
Proactively resolve any issues identified during testing in partnership with the supporting teams.
Provide daily status updates per Region to support the Global Progress Reports.
Support weekend Production Verification Testing on a rotational basis (several 2-7 per year). Attend application demonstrations to understand the impact of new changes on Wholesale KYC Operations and how it should be tested from a User's perspective. Support ongoing initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of Releases in order to promote the stability of the applications in Production.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail to provide clear direction
Experience in conducting meetings forward to achieve the target
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to promote data based conclusion
Working knowledge of new product development
