Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Chattels Design in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management on a daily basis. They will oversee the design journey of each project, working closely with experts to ensure flawless execution and delivery of exceptional designs.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage interior works projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against these plans.
Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience in residential interior works or modular kitchen projects.
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field (essential).
• Strong understanding of interior designing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
