Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager - (Precast)at PACIFIC PRECAST (INDIA) PVT. LTD. The position is based in Gujarat with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing on-going precast project of one of our reputed Clients from start to finish, ensuring timely project delivery within scope and budget. This role involves coordinating the expediting of materials and resources, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. The Project Manager will also collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and streamline project workflows.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Project Management and planning methodologies
• min. 7 to 10 years of Experience in Expediting and managing schedule adherence
• Knowledge of Logistics Management principles and practices
• Skills in conducting thorough inspections and ensuring quality control
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
• Precast Project (Heavy structure) is essential.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
