About the Opportunity:
This is a rare dual-impact role combining strategic project management with business operations coordination. You'll manage large-scale, security-sensitive valuation portfolios for government clients while serving as the operational backbone for our Public Sector Valuations team nationally.

What You'll Do:
Project Management Leadership
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex public sector valuation portfolios, defining project parameters, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate tender submissions and quotations, ensuring competitive, technically sound proposals aligned with client requirements

Assign valuers and specialists to projects, balancing workloads to optimise team productivity and quality outcomes

Oversee subcontractor engagement, monitor cost controls, and ensure accurate expense recovery

Navigate stringent security protocols and maintain confidentiality for sensitive government assignments

Business Operations Excellence
Serve as the central coordination hub between Operations, Business Technology, sector personnel, and key stakeholders nationally

Maintain comprehensive WIP reports, sector SharePoint infrastructure, and consistent job folder structures

Support P&L management, monthly financial reporting, and debtor management for the Public Sector team

Drive process standardisation and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Stakeholder & Team Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and internal stakeholders

Coordinate staff onboarding, training, CPD programs, and professional development pathways

Manage compliance requirements, ESG initiatives, and APIV data reporting

Maintain valuation templates, brand standards, and client databases

What You Bring:
Proven experience in project management, coordination, or senior administrative roles within professional services

Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Exceptional organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience managing diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
