SSP is a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, with c.43,000 colleagues in over 600 locations across nearly 40 countries. Main Purpose of Job

To project manage the establishment and enhancement of stores across Australia and New Zealand. Ensure the brand's values and reputation are upheld throughout all property-related endeavours in the region.



Main Responsibilities

Work with the Head of Property regarding all aspects of project strategy, planning, development, and implementation.
Lead and manage life cycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Experience in prioritising and managing multiple projects/tasks in food & beverage stores
Manage project risks, anticipating potential challenges and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
Foster relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensure the implementation and compliance with all in house project management systems, procedures and project reporting.
Lead the end-to-end design process of new concepts incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in / manage other projects in the region as assigned.


Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 5 +years
Experience within the retail & hospitality industry and multi-site management (essential)
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including demonstrated experience in turnaround businesses.
Strong working knowledge and appreciation of budget and all aspects of financial management.
Detailed knowledge of all restaurant, café and bar operations would be an advantage
High level of literacy, numeracy and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
A genuine and honest, “can do” approach to all interactions.
