Associate Project Manager
- Legally reporting to Project Management Office, functionally reporting to
multiple PJMs
Responsibilities:
Support Project Manager in project operation
1. Milestone readiness preparation (“SDHB”) and facilitating approval
process (“Windchill”)
2. Tracking and updating of workpackage completion in project schedule
plan (“MPP”)
3. Support with monthly update of project resource plan (“Klusa’’)
4. Driving and tracking risk management execution
5. Facilitate Projects Lessons Learned
6. Support with Audits and Assessments
7. Tracking Project KPIs and resulting measures.Associate Project Manager – Skills
Skills:
1. Working experience:
8+ years in development work, thereof
1. 4-5 years in software or hardware engineering
2. 2-3 years in project management in a development environment
2. Soft skills
1. sensitivity and clarity in communication depending on the hierarchy
level (written and verbal)
2. Due diligence mindset
3. responsible and goal-oriented mind set
4. ability to interact on executive levels
5. ability to understand tasks set in their context
3. Advantage is knowledge on any of these:
