About the Role
As Adapt’s Project Manager, Operations you will ensure successful production execution and client servicing across the assigned portfolios. This role is a critical component of the production life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the Adapts’ high-quality standards. The Project Manager, Operations will have customer facing duties as well as internal responsibilities to delegate project coordination and administrative work to the operations team. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams across different workflows – including engineering, AI and Localisation experts – and ensuring smooth coordination between internal operations and external clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also refine Adapt’s existing processes with innovative new ones that integrate our AI-powered platform with human expertise and creativity to deliver exceptional media services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to end delivery of AI-powered localization projects.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met by coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
- Utilise tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks and resolve issues.
- Create projects and manage assets in Adapts’ various integrated tools and workflows for and efficient workflow that can transition from one to another without delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functionals including AI developers, localisation experts, linguists and quality specialists.
- Foster collaboration, communication and innovation between technical, creative and operational teams.
- Act as a POC for the client assigned, addressing their concerns and keep them informed of project status.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing consistent updates, addressing feedback promptly and deliver to their expectations or highest standards.
- Be open and excited to innovate localisation through AI-driven tools while maintaining exceptional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Operations or a related field
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience, ideally with localisation or a technology related company.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects in fast paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide the team towards success.
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of localisation process, language services and AI based solutions.
- Problem solving attitude with a proactive and detailed approach to project execution.
- Familiarity with industry popular localisation tools, AI technologies and their application (machine translation, synthetic dubbing)
