Overview
Elevate is recruiting a Project Manager to lead our Contracts, Legal team. As a PM, you will strategically perform QC and QA. You will strategically lead and manage our Contracts – Legal teams working on project(s) and with multiple customers. You will be accountable for successful delivery of project(s) and provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will
• Manage Contract review projects associated with CLM migrations and due-diligence support.
• Ensuring timely delivery with quality and within margins, minimizing re-work for the assigned projects.
• Prepare project plans and partner for resource cost allocations for projects.
• Be a customer SPOC and handle customer communication. Manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide SME support to team.
• Work hands-on as subject matter expert if the situation would so require.
• Prepare process documents, playbooks, SOPs, trackers.
