Pupa Clic is a 13-year web, App, and IoT development IT firm that caters to the development of Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and Smart Electronics (IoT) as a service to clientele. From product development to technology management we’ve become outsourced CTO’s and to many firms in the US, Singapore, India, UAE, and Japan as a task force for tech. We comprise professionals updating themselves in cutting-edge technologies from Machine Learning, BlockChain incorporation, and the latest code stacks there are, and have closed to date 430+ Projects with Enterprises, SME’s and Startups.
We are Looking for Project Manager with 1 year Experience
Required Job Experience & Skills
Strong understanding of how web and mobile application features function at a high level
Familiarity with external stakeholder management
Experience in team coordination, including reporting on client requests and ensuring execution follow-ups
Ability to manage email communications and follow up on pending action items
Skilled in coordinating and anchoring dial-ins and meetings
Experience with client-side communication methods including email, WhatsApp, web chatbots, virtual meetings, and direct phone calls
Proactive availability during weekends to respond to emails and client calls when required
Ability to capture meeting minutes and accompany stakeholders during meetings
Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and ClickUp
(Optional) Previous experience as a Project Manager in an IT services firm
(Optional) Familiarity with Jira and other Atlassian tools
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Good Communication in English
Good Email writing in English
Highly creative and autonomous
Excellent Proactiveness
