The Technology & Product team is a very critical part of Vajro. The team is responsible for developing innovative technology by staying abreast of emerging trends, guiding implementations and staying current on reference implementation patterns, and creating a technology security assessment standard.
Position: Project Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience Level: 10+ Years (6+ in Project Management)

Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives as a Project or Program Manager.
Strong project management skills, and ability to track multiple executions simultaneously without missing deadlines.
Expertise in coordinating multiple teams and planning sprints and releases.
Solid track record for consistent delivery of high-quality products on time.
Commanding expertise in customizing and running entire project management in JIRA.
Experience with modern software development and its practices.
Experience with version control, CI, CD, and release management processes.

The ideal candidate will be a leader and a quick learner. He/she should be able to operate in a very fast-paced environment where time to market is crucial. He/she will be the technology thought leader for the professional services group. He/she will need to balance technical leadership and savvy with strong product judgment to make the right decisions. In this role, you will:
Work as Project Manager to plan and execute projects, and ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
Partner across teams to create an overall delivery strategy.
Develop a realistic project plan/schedule and track the team's progress, milestones and deliverables.
Own the project schedule, and regularly maintain/update it as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Facilitate team meetings (own meeting agendas, timely meeting minutes, and action items) in partnership with the engineering managers for decision making, issues resolution, risk mitigation, and team engagement.
Follow-up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc) to drive to the current schedule.
Proactively report on the progress of development, quality, operations, and system performance to stakeholders
