Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Civil located in Raipur (Chhattisgarh). The Project Manager will oversee and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, time, and budgetary objectives. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The role also involves supervising project progress, addressing challenges promptly, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution for civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Effective leadership and team-management skills, with an ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle project challenges efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications like PMP or equivalent are an advantage
• Previous experience in managing projects like Film City, Township, Commercial complex, IT Park projects.
