Job Description
Project Manager Civil:
We need an Experienced Project Manager with proficient skills of Construction Industry, who can handle entire project Individually.
Responsibilities
i. Liasoning with govt departments and coordinating with all stakeholders including MSI
ii. Project execution, planning, monitoring and timely delivery
iii. Coordinating with various channel partners and subcontractors
iv. Coordinating with team's supervisors
v. Grabbing all required permission from respective government departments and smart city officials for trenching, ducting etc.
vi. Managing and maintaining reports
vii. will be responsible for successful timely execution at site
viii. Analyzing and managing project risk.
ix. Activity and resource planning.
x. Monitoring progress and track roadblock.
xi. Conducting regular meetings.
xii. Managing documentation and report.
xiii. Managing the production of the required deliverables.
xiv. Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
xv. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
xvi. Liaison with programme management and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicate.
xvii. Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
