We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
Ownership of manpower plan submissions, forecasting, reporting, and tracking it throughout the year on the costs, Review affordability on people demand and suggested actions
Manage and control function’s people budget and expenditure across the budget lifecycle and own labor capitalization process for Enterprise Infrastructure, including the identification of cross-team efficiencies
Preparation of decks and presenting the overview to the senior stakeholders on People plan and related costs, and other ad-hoc requests, highlighting the variances and signifying the ways to regulate it
Creation of monthly reporting on major investments of workforce effort such as Global support, Patching, Shared Infrastructure through clarity management
Partner with domains to deliver Transformation benefits to target, including assessment of risks and threats
Create and maintain Transformation benefit reporting
Data management in Pioneer including expeditious resolution of any discrepancies
Ownership of RTB/CTB allocation in Pioneer
Manage workflow for resource recruitment, including escalations where required
Partner with domains to improve data quality for the tactical workforce plan

Preferred experience working in financial services with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to strategically think through problem statements, articulate complex issues concisely and then in turn provide options to executives
Preferred experience in applications used in CTO (Apptio, Pioneer, Discover, Fusion, GPDM, TPS Tool etc.)
Understanding of IT project and portfolio taxonomy and interfaces between GPDM, Clarity and Billing.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including creation of content for executive committees
Advanced Microsoft Excel & & PowerPoint skills
Ability to build relationships globally through communication and influence, and then maintain through stakeholder management
Demonstrated accountability and ‘can do’ attitude
Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules, and workloads
