Job Purpose
Oxford International is delivering a major digital transformation programme across its flagship platforms, including EFL (English as a Foreign Language) and OICC (Oxford International Career Colleges).
We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years experience to plan, coordinate, and deliver the digital transformation project on time and to a high standard. The role will work closely with the Digital Product Manager, UX, development, marketing teams, and external suppliers to turn project and product strategy into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Plan and manage digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
• Work closely with the Digital Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.
• Manage, and maintain Monday.com as the main project management tool, including boards, workflows, and tracking.
• Support agile delivery, including sprint planning, coordination of work across teams, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate internal teams (UX, development, marketing) and external suppliers to ensure aligned delivery.
• Monitor project time, resources, and capacity, ensuring teams are working within the agreed project framework.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely way.
• Prepare clear project board updates and reports, providing visibility on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Support workshops, planning sessions, and reviews to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are clear, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications
• Equivalent professional experience in project management, business, technology, or a related field.
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar).
• Agile or Scrum training or certification.
Experience and knowledge
• Proven experience managing digital or technology projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Experience delivering projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Experience working with external suppliers or agencies.
• Understanding of digital delivery environments and web-based projects.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or international student recruitment.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-site digital projects.
• Understanding of web development environments, including WordPress and PHP.
Skills and abilities
• Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to set up and manage Monday.com for project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to support sprint planning and coordinate agile delivery activities.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including preparing project board reports.
