Job Description
• Lead end-to-end project management for employer branding initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their employer branding needs, objectives, and target audience, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of employer branding campaigns, including content creation, social media campaigns, recruitment marketing materials, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling employer brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance employer branding strategies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employer branding and recruitment marketing, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel employer branding campaigns, including social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
